Review of my book by a well-known Book Award

It gives me great pleasure to share with all my friends and acquaintances that my book Morning Walk, was entered under the Fiction genre of a well-known book award in North America. The entries were for the books published in 2021-22. There was only one prize in each category, for the book elected as best in that category.
The result was announced in June 2022 and, it was no surprise to me, that my title did not figure in the list [perhaps due to an error of the printer, or whatever].
I take great pleasure in sharing with all my friends that my book Morning Walk was entered last December in a well-known book award in North America, under the genre Fiction, for independently published books of 2021. The award was only for the best book in that category. The result was announced last June, and obviously, my title was not on the list for no fault of the printer. Nevertheless, that surprised me the least.
I knew, by any standard, I was no flawless English writer. In all the discussions and presentations I had attended at the local university, the Writers’ Guild, and Internet forums, I was repeatedly reminded that a first-time-published writer should not expect any bouquets. Instead, take this experience as a learning curve for future development. The records of most book awards also corroborated that notion.
In my submission for the award, I explained that I was not a native English speaker/writer (which carried a lot of weight in this part of the world), and this was my first literary venture, per se. I admitted that my writings might have a strong flavour and influence from my native dialects, lingo, and intentional or unintentional departure from the grammatical routes.
This particular award is known for its thorough review and analyses, as if examined under microscopes, by panels of distinguished writers, critics, and experts from different spheres, depending on the themes of the entries. The review covered from the front and back covers, through the Title page, Dedication, Preface, headings and tagline of chapters, footnotes, contents, style, consistency, impacts, grammar, etc., even including the ‘squiggle’ used under the heading of each chapter, up to the very last line of the book.
Each book is analysed on 10 standardized traits:
1. Plot; 2. Pace; 3. Characters; 4. Dialogue; 5. Setting; 6. Writing;
7. Language; 8. Themes; 9. Production; 10. Summary
There are plenty of criticisms, but more than those, there are enough positive comments to take home for future education.
The review highly appreciated the plot, presentation, and the underlying broader objective to Save the World by conserving the environment, nature, and all living beings. I have extracted some salient comments shown in the attachments.
The Panel Director sent me an extra note at the end of the review records though he was not officially required to send me that. I felt gratified.
